New Engagement PAC is committed to amplifying the voices and power of first-time and sporadic voters, particularly young voters and voters from communities that have historically had less representation and less access to political power. Studies have shown that “the influence of past voting exceeds the effects of age and education reported in previous studies.” In other words, There are numerous studies that show once someone has broken the barrier and become a first-time voter, the likelihood of them continuing to vote in future elections grows significantly. The number one goal of New Engagement Pac is to turn non-voters into first time voters and subsequently into frequent and consistent voters.
